Assessing Healthy Friendship
There are three things you should be aware of your friendship. Those things which can reflect whether the relationship is healthy or not your friendship.
1. You realize that your friendship relationship healthy when you feel glad to be near your friends. While friendship is not healthy can make you angry, sad, scared, or anxious.
2. A healthy friendship involves a balance between giving and receiving. Whereas there is no injustice in healthy balance. You may often feel that you give more attention to your friends than your friends at your given.
3. You should feel safe to be near your friend and you feel you can trust your secrets to him. In a healthy friendship, you’ll feel like spending time with your friends rather than feel compelled to spend quality time with them.
Unhealthy relationships do not involve trust and mutual respect in it. Though both of these are things that very important in a good relationship with family, friends, or lovers. There is no one who deserves to have an unhealthy relationship.
