Every person has some confidence problems, whether related to dating, sex, dating, marriage or something else. There are things you might want to change in yourself, things that you believe should be clearly obvious to others, especially the opposite sex.

So, how can you overcome this problem of self-confidence and how to know if you are clearly intimidated?

In most cases, self-confidence actually based on things known and not. Therefore, sometimes you might be afraid someone’s reaction to things you do. Anxiety appears and makes you not calm until you feel the reaction is safe for you and your partner.

Here are some tips that can help you overcome problems of self-confidence:

1. Know that others also feel the same way
Whatever self-confidence issues that may be prevalent in your mind, please be aware that others may have experienced it before. Is it physical or psychological, both men and women may never worried about the same thing, which means that you are not alone.

2. Be open
If you have problems with bad dating relationships, or flings a sad, believe me you do not own. Therefore, try to open with your partner.

Speak to him what a fright you, things you liked and did not and be honest . Open attitude to make your partner understand each other and understand what is allowed and not to do.

3. Relax yourself
When you feel overwhelmed by a sense of insecurity and lack confidence, take a step back and evaluate the situation. Berated myself for a lack of confidence will only make you more anxious. Instead, come and be reconciled to the problem and Overcome.
